I have finally relocated. I’m in my new home with my own office space and I’m excited to get down to some new writing. It may be a little bit before I really get settled in, so I may not start writing seriously again for another few weeks or maybe even a month. I want to settle in first. I have also been working on a book, so I will be in between the two. That means I may go periods where I write articles frequently for SOS, or I might go periods where I’m mostly working on the book.
One new update for the blog is that I am not going to take on any other writers going forward for a while. I have appreciated everyone filling in and adding to SOS for the past year or so, and there’s been some great material we have all learned from, but I feel like I want to refocus the blog to its original content and style, with a focus on Bible scripture and unveiling their meanings. I have removed the call for new writers from the website. This decision doesn’t have anything to do with the writing or authors previously published on SOS. I just simply have some personal desires for the blog, and I am posting it here to inform everyone. I think it was great to have different perspectives so that we could all learn from new voices, but I was also beginning to get a lot of new submissions from people I never published because the content was too far off from an esoteric interpretation of the scriptures. With that being said, I would like to give a special thanks to those who contributed substantially to this blog over the past year or so:

Hey Josh,
Good news, anticipating hearing from you.
I have struggled with a lot of some of the material presented.
Best regards—William (Bill]

Hi Brother Josh
Just wanted to ask where you were along your journey of crucifying the ego. And how it feels in your current state?
Thanks

Jey,
I have come a long way, but admit there is still a long way to go. One never knows what latent absurd emotional responses will be elicited in certain circumstances. I believe my journey to be a life-long one:)

Josh:
I think this is a great decision on your part, and I fully support it. Your blog needs to have your personal stamp on it with a consistent underlying theme and foundation that you, yourself, are building on. Otherwise, it’s like going to a supermarket, where there are many choices, but no one product in particular stands out. You have a GREAT message, and that message needs to be delivered.
I have appreciated sharing with you and your audience. Thanks so much for the opportunity to do so. For those of you who may want to continue to view my work, you can find it at http://www.decodingscripture.com. My youtube channel is http://youtube.com/user/decodingscriptures. You can also find the link to my website to the right of this blog, under “BLOGROLL.” It’s the first link, “Decoding the Scriptures.”
Thanks for all you do, Josh. Looking forward to hearing much from you going forward.
